During the 2011–2012 school year, USU Reservations and Events Services (USU RES) facilitated 7,519 events within the University Student Union. Of every guest surveyed, nine out of 10 expressed that USU RES met their expectations. One guest in particular said, “all of USU RES provided outstanding service and it’s a credit to the leadership for creating a team environment of staff who achieve a high level of service.” As contributors to this high level of service, four USU RES student assistants received the Student Assistant of the Month recognition during the year.
