The impact of visitor growth inspired the increase of food services operating in the facility by the University Corporation that operates all food service on campus. The PUB Sports Grill, the Mercantile Exchange, and Subway extended closing times until 9:00 p.m. on Mondays through Thursdays, while the Freudian Sip coffee shop remains open until 10:00 p.m. In another first, the Mercantile Exchange and Subway are open on Saturdays.
