Skills of Leadership

sunny kid

Sunny Days Camp is proud to offer the Skills Of Leadership (SOL). This pre-teen program is designed for campers ages 11-13, who are looking to gain more from their camp experience.

SOL campers will have the opportunity to work with an experienced counselor who will guide campers through an interactive, leadership development program that teaches different life skills each week including: communication, responsibility, listening, teamwork, problem solving, planning, and sportsmanship. Campers will maintain weekly journals to record their experience, creating a lasting memory that they can look back on year-round. SOL campers will also have the opportunity to assist counselors with the planning and coordination of various camp programs. In addition to participating in this specialized leadership programming, SOL campers will take part in daily camp activities, lunch and snack time, and weekly field trips.

Enrollment is limited and available on a first come, first serve basis. Cost per session for the SOL Pre-Teen Program is an additional $15 fee per session.
