General Information 

Construction Timeline

In 1999 a fee increase of $35 per semester (from $85 to $120 per semester) was approved by CSUN students to fund the $15.2 million project which is divided into two phases.  Phase 1 started in Fall 2003 and was completed in Fall 2004.  Phase 2 began immediately thereafter and is estimated to be completed in March 2006.

• Remolded Pub Sports Grill with Sports Media Theme
• Remodeled Subway
• New Wells Fargo Bank Branch Office
• New Digital One-Hour Photo Comprehensive Supply & Processing Store
• Greekbox Embroidery & Clothing Store
• Sam’s Clothing Store
• New Associated Students (AS) Ticket Office
• Remodeled Performing Arts Center Entrance, Staircase & Restrooms

Phase 2 New/Renovated Services (Open March 2006)

• New Freudian Sip coffee house
• New State of the Art 70 Workstation Computer Lab

• Improved Outdoor Performance Venue with a Permanent Stage
