Located in the USU, the ASREC Fitness Centre is furnished with various treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, Stair Masters, free and selectorized weights, and a near Olympic-size pool. The Centre also offers boxing and group fitness programs. Free fitness and nutrition counseling through the Kinesiology Internship Program and Peer Nutrition Counselors are available during the fall and spring semesters. Membership is open to the campus and local communities at affordable rates.
