USU

University Student Union

The University Student Union (USU) is led by the board of directors and is comprised of 10 students and 6 staff representatives. The board of directors ensures that the USU offers inclusive activities, meaningful employment opportunities, leadership experiences, and innovative technologies, facilities and services.

We hold free events all year long, including our largest events Matador Nights and Carnaval. Once a year, Carnaval takes you around the world with food tastings and music from every continent, while Matador Nights feature some of the hottest DJs and performers.

If you can’t make our annual events, check out the weekly Noontime Concert or the monthly challenge of champions in the Games Room, Neon Nights. You can even book a room and equipment for your organization’s event.

The Satellite Student Union is pleased to offer ATMs, study rooms and computer labs where you can print 20 pages daily for free. While at the Satellite Student Union, shop at La Tienda, a convenience store where you can find study break snacks and supplies.

Looking to relieve some stress? Squeeze a workout in at the Student Recreation Center. Stop by the Veterans Resource Center and check out the Pride Center. Catch the latest game at the PUB Sports Grill or some TV time at the Sol Center.
